This explains what we do with your information when you buy a print from BS Bad Art. It is short because we collect very little.

To send you a print we need your name, delivery address, email address and your order details. If you give us a phone number we pass it to the courier for delivery updates.
We do not ask you to create an account. You check out as a guest.
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by Stripe, who take the card details directly. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the last four digits and card type so we can match up an order or a refund.
Stripe act as their own data controller for payment data. Their privacy policy is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
Prints are made to order, so your name and delivery address are passed to our print partner, Printful, who print the item and post it to you. They use it for that order and nothing else. Their privacy policy is at printful.com/policies/privacy.
Our website is hosted in the United Kingdom. We do not sell your details to anyone, we do not share them for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something.
There is no Google Analytics on this site, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking.
The cookies we do set are the ones the shop needs to work: remembering what is in your basket and carrying you through checkout. Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention when you pay. If you leave a comment, you can choose to have your name and email saved in a cookie so you do not retype them.
We keep order records for six years after purchase, because HMRC requires businesses to retain records of sales for that long. Comments and their details are kept until we remove them.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email yo@bsbadart.com and we will respond within one month.
Deletion has one limit: we cannot delete an order record we are legally required to keep for tax purposes until those six years are up. We can remove everything else.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
