Prints are made to order and posted from our print partner. If something is wrong with your order, or you simply change your mind, here is exactly where you stand.
You have 14 days from the day your print arrives to tell us you want to cancel. You do not need to give a reason.
Once you have told us, you have a further 14 days to send the print back. Email yo@bsbadart.com first and we will give you the return address, because prints ship from our print partner rather than from us.
We will refund the price of the print and the standard delivery you originally paid, within 14 days of the print reaching us. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium.
You pay the postage to send it back, unless the print was faulty or not what you ordered. Please get proof of postage, as we cannot refund something that does not arrive.
Send the print back in a way that keeps it flat and undamaged. We can reduce a refund if the print has been handled more than was needed to look at it, in the same way you could in a shop.
If your print turns up damaged, misprinted, or it simply is not what you ordered, that is on us. Email yo@bsbadart.com within 30 days with a photograph and your order number.
We will reprint it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we pay all the postage. You will usually not need to send the faulty print back at all.
This is separate from changing your mind, and none of it affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Prints go into production quickly. If you email us straight away we will stop the order if we can, but once it has gone to print we cannot cancel it. You can still return it under the 14 day rule above.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. Once we have processed it, banks usually take three to five working days to show the money. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
Email yo@bsbadart.com with your order number and whether the print is faulty or you have changed your mind. That is the whole process. There is no form.
